Downloading patterns

1. How to download purchased sewing patterns. 

  You can access your purchased patterns by logging into your site account and clicking on MY ACCOUNT and then DOWNLOADS > this goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

  There are generally no limits for when you can download a file (PDF format). You can access a file any time on your Account page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software is the FREE global standard for reliably viewing, printing, and commenting on PDF documents.

2. How to UnZip sewing patterns.

The purchased pattern is delivered as a Zip archive consisting of three separate files - the sewing pattern (PDF file), instructions (PDF file) and the Size chart (image)

Please use these instructions to Unzip Files 

1.  In Windows 7,8 or 10 navigate to the zipped (compressed) folder you want to Unzip, and right-click it. 

2. On the menu that pops up, roll your mouse over Open with, then click Windows Explorer. 

3. You will then see the contents of the zip folder. Click the file and drag-and-drop it on your desktop, or another file location. The contents of the file will be unzipped, and you can then use it as needed.
